Before your first visit
After scheduling your initial appointment it’s paperwork time! Our team can email you the paperwork or you can plan to fill it out when you arrive to our office. We do ask that as you complete the paperwork that you provide as much details as possible. This not only allows the doctor to connect and know you better but also allows us to better serve you.
Your First Visit
It is our hope that your first visit is stress-free, and informative. After having a full discussion about your health and your health goals we will complete a detailed examination.
Once the examination is complete, we will walk you through what is going on with your body and why it is happening. Most importantly, we will discuss how we are going to fix it!
*Please note that we do not do any imaging (specifically X RAYS) within our office. However if after an examination it is determined that imaging is needed, it will be recommended and further options will be discussed.
